My Journey:

I started my career pursuing an education credentialing program, but quickly realized my love for designing and developing training programs that improve systems and skills. I’m passionate about the measurable impact my work can have, from boosting learner confidence to enhancing team performance. Over the years, I’ve found great fulfillment in eLearning projects, especially in creating interactive modules using tools like Storyline.

Where I Come From:

Before transitioning into instructional design, I built my expertise in education and developed a love for creating structured, learner-centered environments. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on applying instructional design principles to create real-world solutions for both learners and organizations.

Outside the Office:

Spending time with my family is one of my greatest joys. We love traveling to Texas to visit my sister and cousins, and I truly cherish the time we spend together. Another favorite family tradition is going to Disneyland, where my competitive side always comes out on Toy Story Mania—my favorite ride. I’m also a dedicated NY Yankees fan, catching most of their games and only rooting against other teams when they’re playing the Yankees. Outside of work and family, I’m a tech enthusiast, always exploring new gadgets, and a long-time drummer, with music remaining a big part of my life.
